Point of the Proposed Technology
Inside of a mold was like a black box, and the behavior of resin in the mold was unknown. Molded product must be evaluated after being taken out from a mold. Use of this sensor makes it possible to grasp the behavior of resin in a mold during molding (while a mold is closed). It is expected to be used for analysis of behavior of resin in the mold, optimization of molding conditions, control during production or selection of defectives.
