Point of the Proposed Technology
●UD tape manufacturing equipment：Fully impregnated UD tapes can be formed by supplying the unopened fibers and tape-like thermoplastic resin to the equipment.
●Continuous welding equipment for CFRTP parts：Strong welding of CFRTP is realized, regardless of directionality, by compact equipment mountable on a multiaxial robot.
●UD tape lay-up：Compact size with robot attachment compatibility, equipped with pressurization control function to realize stable welding.
●Continuous welding equipment for CFRTP parts：Strong welding of CFRTP is realized, regardless of directionality, by compact equipment mountable on a multiaxial robot.
●UD tape lay-up：Compact size with robot attachment compatibility, equipped with pressurization control function to realize stable welding.
Effect(s)
●UD tape manufacturing equipment：Fully impregnated UD tapes can be manufactured in combination of various materials (fibers and matrix resin).
●Continuous welding equipment for CFRTP parts：Continuous welding is obtained without damage on the surface where ultrasonic are applied, and thus high-intensity welding is realized. Welding of the PEEK material is also possible.
●UD tape lay-up：Strong welding is realized where the resin on the lay-up interface is completely fused. Tape lay-up on aluminum is also possible.
●Continuous welding equipment for CFRTP parts：Continuous welding is obtained without damage on the surface where ultrasonic are applied, and thus high-intensity welding is realized. Welding of the PEEK material is also possible.
●UD tape lay-up：Strong welding is realized where the resin on the lay-up interface is completely fused. Tape lay-up on aluminum is also possible.
