Point of the Proposed Technology

・The cutting force will be reduced in a plate thickness direction in trimming of plate materials.
・The technology may be applied not only to CFRTP but also to plate materials of CFRP, GFRP, wood, etc.

Technical Problems	・In processing of CFRP, tools wear severely, which causes burrs and fuzz and results in deterioration of the quality. If this is improved by the coating technology, the productivity will be improved further.
