Point of the Proposed Technology

1. Two-stage processing of CFRP resin pyrolysis and residual carbon burning removal
2. Use of CFRP resin pyrolysis gas as fuel (energy self-reliance type process)
3. Thorough heating efficiency by using the circulation of exhaust heat and the superheated steam
4. Thorough quality control, and recovery of fibrous carbon fibers matched with the intended use

Effect(s)

Recovery of high-performance carbon fibers with residual carbon of 5% or less
Energy saving, and cost reduction (around 1/3 of new product)
Energy saving, and shortening of processing time (20% as compared to our conventional technology)
