Point of the Proposed Technology

・Compared with fabrics, it is easier for the strength to develop (Non-crimp structure)
・Compared with fabrics, it is possible to reinforce in the diagonal direction.
・Compared with conventional non-crimp fabrics, thinner and more uniformed sheet can be manufactured.

Conventional Technology

・Reinforced fiber is crimped.
・As reinforced fiber is crimped, it is hard for the strength to develop.　
・Due to the fabric structure, it can be reinforced only in the 0° and 90° directions.

New Technology

・As each layer is independent, reinforced fiber is straight.　　
・As reinforced fiber is straight, it is easier for the strength to develop.
・As reinforced fiber is orientated in other than 0° and 90° directions and the fiber can be integrated by lamination by up to maximum four layers.
・Compared with conventional NCF, there is less GAP and the strength is easier to develop,because reinforced fiber is spreading.
