Point of the Proposed Technology
・The nylon, epoxy, urethane resin mixing and injection is changed from the conventional mixer system to a impingement mixing system.
・Supporting a low-viscosity high-temperature resin
・Supporting various flow rates from small to large flow rates
・Capable of supporting not only prototyping, but also up to mass production
Effect(s)
・Molding time: 1/10 or less
Conventional Technology
・Gradually injecting epoxy into the die for molding while mixing it using a mixer system
・Injection took approximately 10 minutes (by the minute).
・The inside of the machine must be washed after each molding cycle.
・Capable of supporting the pressure in the die up to approx. 0.5 MPa.
New Technology
・The reactive resin of epoxy, nylon, urethane and the hardener of epoxy are rapidly injected into the die for molding using a impingement mixing system.
・Due to high-speed injection, the injection time is one minute or less (by the second).
・Unnecessary to wash the inside of the machine after each molding cycle
・Even if the pressure in the die rises to approx. 10 MPa, the resin will be injected at high speed.
・The injection accuracy is ±0.5%.
・Supporting a low-viscosity high-temperature resin
・Supporting various flow rates from small to large flow rates
・Capable of supporting not only epoxy, but also PA6 and polyurethane
・Can be used as a trial machine and as a mass-production machine. This is proven.
