Point of the Proposed Technology
・To obtain an automotive part using thermoplastic CFRP, the company is working to develop a heat press molding technology that enables cost reduction at a higher cycle than the conventional thermosetting CFRP autoclave molding. In this effort, the company has developed a technology for accelerating the die heating/cooling cycle without unevenness in temperature during molding.
